Hi Ryan,

I'm working as a visiting canadian pediatrician in rural zambia right now, and the situation here is awful. Despite having ready acess to ARVs, almost 80% of our children's ward is infected, and they are dying awful deaths from AIDS complications. I wish I had answers, but I fear us all here settling into a state of dysthymia when faced with the sheer magnitude of this problem. Appreciate your thoughts on the issue.
